BarClip
An automated video editing application that reduces manual editing workflows from hours to minutes. I actively use this tool to efficiently produce social media content from weightlifting videos.
- Reduces time for batch video processing from 1.5 hours to 15 minutes.
- Developed a cloud-based MVP using React, .NET, Azure Functions, SQL, and SignalR, then pivoted to a local-processing architecture to reduce cloud costs and improve performance. (See the site below)
- Implemented computer vision workflows using YOLOv8 (ONNX) and FFmpeg for automated frame extraction, detection, and video trimming.
